In the case of collectible cards, rare Funko Pop! figures, and other select collectibles, we take detailed photos of each individual item so you know exactly what it is you're buying! Our items are all carefully packed and shipped, with plenty of protection along the way.

Domestic Orders (Within the United States):

We ship orders the same day, via First Class or Priority Mail, Monday-Saturday when they are received before our shipping cutoff of 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders received after 5 P.M. EST will be sent the following business day (Mon-Sat).

Shipping is $7 flat rate domestic and free for all orders over $75!

All orders are packed by hand and attention is paid to ensure each of your new products arrive in the condition they are sent!

International Orders: 

International orders are also shipped Monday-Saturday, and same day as long as the order is received before the cutoff time of 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. However, in certain cases, please allow extra handling time for international orders.

If your order status has not been updated for a week (7 business days), please get in touch! However, this is unlikely to be the case and most orders will be updated and received shortly after being placed.

Returns

We will offer returns up to 15 days after your order has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Underwear is not eligible for return.
